Safe Space Residential Crisis House is a supportive, structured environment that provides short-term residential care for individuals experiencing mental health crises. Our facility offers a safe and comfortable setting where residents receive medication management, mental health monitoring, emotional support, and assistance with daily needs. With a small number of residents, our staff can provide individualized attention while promoting stability, recovery, and overall well-being.
****Baylor Position Available ***** 7am-7pm, 7pm -7am Saturday and Sunday ONLY

Qualifications
- Current Virginia LPN license in good standing
- Current First Aid Certification
- Current BLS Provider
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to recognize medical or psychiatric emergencies
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Behavioral health or crisis stabilization experience preferred but not required.
Compensation: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
